Our handcrafted skincare products, made from all-natural, organic herbs and flowers from our garden and local suppliers, are formulated to address a variety of skin types and concerns. From facial cleansers and masks to serums and eye creams, our products are beloved by our clients for their ability to clear acne, brighten skin, tighten pores, and provide deep hydration. Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Star Seed Holistic Spa, where your journey to wellness and self-love begins. To ensure a serene and transformative experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies:
Appointment Scheduling: Please schedule appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and to begin your relaxation.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Full service charges will still apply.
No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and gift certificates. Full payment is required at the time of service.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, we strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know before you leave, and we will make it right.
Please keep valuables at home. Star Seed Holistic Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Health Considerations: Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service when making your appointment.
Respectful Environment: To ensure a relaxing environment for all, please keep noise to a minimum and silence mobile devices.
